We are getting to more recent sketches now. This is my next project. All I need is to pick up the wool (ordered) and find time for personal knitting. With Twain's show coming up, I can't work on anything else these days. Oh well.
This sweater is based off a gold number worn by Madonna in the Movie Who's that girl from the 1980s.

okay, i know you wrote this post over 2 years ago, but did you ever make the sweater?! i just re-watched Who's That Girl (love) and could not believe how awesome the gold sweater was... i only wish i had one single iota of sewing talent to work with! ;)
